Is the app really free?
Yes, completely and with no fine print. There are no fees, no subscription, no paid features. We don't show ads either.
Is my data safe?
Your vouchers and activity stay on your device only. You don't create an account or hand over an email, and we don't track or sell anything.
Where does the machine data come from?
We combine public collection point locations with live reports from users. It's users who flag whether a machine is working, so the more people use it, the more accurate the map gets.
Can I get my deposit in cash?
Yes. According to Poland's Ministry of Climate and Environment, the store should pay out your deposit in cash at the till on request. The app includes a ready-made rights screen you can show to the staff.
What if the machine rejects my bottle?
It's usually a crushed container or an unreadable barcode, so don't crush your bottles and keep the label on. If the machine is full or broken, flag it on the map and check the nearest working point.
When are the iOS and Android versions coming?
The app already works on any phone through the browser, and you can add it to your home screen. iOS, Android and smartwatch versions are on the way.
